2-Spirit, Trans and Non-Binary Family Swim

This is a private event open to anyone in the community who identifies as 2-Spirit, trans and/or non-binary as well as their friends and family (all ages welcome!). The facility will only be in use by community members attending the swim at this time. Regular drop-in rates apply, but if you cannot afford it, ask for the free Rainbow Pass. They happen about once a month.

AVI Queer Peer Youth Leadership Program Victoria

A leadership program for queer and trans youth aged 15-24, focused on peer support skills, sexual health, harm reduction, queer and trans issues, and community participation.

AVI: AIDS Vancouver Island

Work in multiple Vancouver Island communities to support those affected by HIV and Hepatitis C, and to fight stigma and discrimination.

A speech and language therapist with experience in transgender voice therapy.

Beyond The Talk

Youth based website, texting program, workshops that provide youth on factual and current information about sex and seuality including birth control, STIs, sexual decision making, pregnancy, and bodies in a non-judgemental, sex-positive, pro-choice, and inclusive way. Text them at 1 250 812 9374.

DAISSI (Diverse and Inclusive Salt Spring Island)

DAISSI is a non-profit society for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Questioning people with Allies on Salt Spring Island. The society has the following mission: to undertake educational outreach services on LGBTQ issues for the community at large; to provide opportunities for fun and socializing; to offer referral services to individuals who need support and comfort; and to generally help encourage a positive and visible LGBTQ presence in the community.

A youth monthly drop in for trans, gender creative, Two-Spirit or or gender creative children in Grade 8 or younger, their siblings, and their parents/caregivers.

Gender Spectacular Caregivers Support Group (For Parents & Caregivers)

A bi-monthly meeting for parents/caregivers and adult family members (including chosen family) who are supporting a Two-Spirit, trans, gender creative, or otherwise gender questioning child or youth.�

Safe space for LGBTQQIP2SAA youth aged 13-18 to connect. Youth aged 18-24 can participate as youth mentors and program volunteers.

LGBTQ2S+ Loveshack Program

A program for LGBTQ2S+ youth, ages 15-24 to learn about harm reduction, safer sex, safer drug use and partying, healthy relationships, naloxone and overdose response and more. Earn $10 per session you attend. Pizza included!

LGBTQ2S+ Youth Groups - Campbell River

Two groups for LGBTQ2S+ and questioning youth and young adults (ages 14 and under and ages 15-24). Both groups are safe spaces where folks can be free to be themselves, use their chosen names and pronouns and be in a space where one's sexual orientation and gender identity will be accepted. Folks come for support, education, fun activities, friendship, self-expression, pride and to explore issues relevant to LGBTQ2S+ communities and our lives.

Peers Victoria Resources Society

An innovative, multi-service grassroots agency that was established by, with, and for sex workers in 1995. Through direct service delivery and community partnerships, Peers provides an array of outreach and drop-in harm reduction and support services alongside education and employment training for current and former sex workers, in Victoria and on Vancouver Island.

Monthly, free community dinners for self-identified queer, trans, and/or 2-spirit Indigenous people and people of colour. They are 5:30-8:30pm every third Monday at Upside Teen Centre in Saanich Commonwealth Place on WS�NE_ Territory.

Saanich 2-Spirit, Queer, Trans & Allied Youth Dinner & Drop-In

A drop-in for self-identified 2-Spirit, Queer, Trans & Allied youth between 13-18. This is a fun hang-out space for you to create what you need, meet new folks, make new friends, socialize, or just be you! A safer, supportive space with Queer/Trans mentors. Meets Fridays at 5:30 p.m. at the Upside Teen Centre at Saanich Commonwealth Place.

Transcend - Nanaimo

Transcend is a weekly Nanaimo-based peer support group for 2-spirit, trans, gender diverse and questioning youth in Nanaimo and the surrounding area. Provided by Nanaimo Family Life Association, the group is a safe and supportive environment for members to explore their identities, share experiences, and build connections. Our meetings run in-person every week, on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:30. The group is split into two age categories (12-14 and 15-17), with age groups meeting on alternating Tuesdays. Provides 24-hr crisis lines, crisis chat, and crisis text services.

Vancouver Island Persons Living with HIV/AIDS Society

VPWAS is the only peer run HIV/AIDS organization on Vancouver Island and provides practical and therapeutic support services (Peer Navigation, peer support, treatment information, education, complementary health services and advocacy) to persons living with HIV/AIDS and/or HepC.

Victoria Sexual Assault Centre

Victoria Sexual Assault Centre has highly qualified trauma specialists who provide services to individuals impacted by sexual assault and abuse. The Centre is offering a new group for survivors of sexualized violence who are Trans, Two-Spirit, Non-Binary, Genderqueer, or Gender Diverse survivors. Westshore LGBTQ2+ Drop-In

Meets Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Centennial Center across the street from Spencer Middle School. Video games, arts and crafts, and a grassy area for youth to chill.
